Executive Functioning Coach

Level-Up Life is looking for passionate, dependable, and relationship-focused Executive Functioning Coaches to join our growing team!

Our coaches work with children, teens, and young adults to help them build the skills they need to become more organized, independent, confident, and successful in school and everyday life.

💰 Compensation

• Starting pay: $18/hour
• Increases to $20/hour after one month
• Opportunities for additional hours as clients become available

⏰ Schedule

• Minimum commitment: 10 hours per week
• Additional hours can be added based on client availability and your schedule
• Hours have the opportunity to grow over time as you take on additional clients
• Must be available to work evenings
• Availability for at least one weekend day is preferred
• Flexible scheduling within the hours you are available

🎓 Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Educational, Human Services, Coaching, Psychology, or related background
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable and organized
• Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule
• Passion for helping children, teens, and young adults develop practical life and academic skills
• Must line in Utah or Massachusetts

As an Executive Functioning Coach, you will help clients develop and strengthen skills such as:

• Organization and planning
• Time management
• Task initiation and follow-through
• Goal setting
• Prioritization
• Study and academic skills
• Creating effective routines and habits
• Accountability and independence
• Self-advocacy
• Problem-solving
• Building confidence and self-trust

Coaches work one-on-one with clients and tailor their approach to each client's individual needs, strengths, and goals.
