Let’s Play Therapy Center staff work as a team to provide pediatric speech, occupational, and physical therapy using a strengths-based model to improve the person’s overall independence and quality of life. We work on the skills that matter to the individual and their caregivers. Families are actively involved in their child’s therapy sessions to learn how to help their loved one maximize independence and carryover strategies learned in therapy into their natural environment. Services focus on skilled treatment and family training to empower families to help their child to reach their maximum potential.

Administration supports each employee's professional growth and offers individualized schedules to help maintain the work-life balance.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted Alabama OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred — strong new grads with pediatric fieldwork welcome
