Roles & Responsibilities

• Club Associates will conduct facility services to maintain the cleanliness of the club, while also assisting other front-line team members in all areas of the club
• Assist in conducting cage, dealer, or guest transactions
• Create & reprint membership cards for new members
• Assist in seating, controlling lists, and moving players
• Assist in daily tournaments and special events as directed
• Maintain club cleanliness, including, but not limited to, periodically emptying trash cans, cleaning bathrooms, wiping down tables, and all other tasks required to maintain club cleanliness
• Know, understand, and follow all Lake Erie Poker policies and procedures
• Inform management of any suspicious / unusual activity, disputes, and any irregularities
• Contribute to a positive team-based environment and assist in all areas of the club
• Provide exceptional service in a professional and friendly manner
• Maintain a good record of attendance and punctuality
• Protect company assets

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Effectively communicate in the English Language
• Always maintain a professional appearance
• Exceptional Customer Service & Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to pass a basic math test
• Must be comfortable handling and working with chips
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
