Lenea Corporation Traveling Construction Team Member Remote · Full time

The Traveling Construction Team Member will assist as a team member, Lenea Corporation’s projects from project startup through final completion and beyond. The Construction Team Member will be knowledgeable in all aspects of safety standards, of quality workmanship, communications and relationship building. This position will require working knowledge in the construction trades and be able to work remotely in various conditions.



●     Carpentry-partition framing metal/wood studs, installation of basic cabinetry/countertops, installation of doors/window

●     Flooring-installation of VCT, LVT, tile, carpet squares and cove base

●     Plumbing-replacement/installation of sinks, faucets, toilets and basic drainage and water lines (licensed plumbers encouraged to apply)

●     Electrical-replacement installation of light fixtures, switches and outlets, capable of basic data connections and able to diagnose minor electrical problems (licensed electricians encouraged to apply)

●     MASONRY/CONCRETE - Some experience in cement work

●     Able to lift 50 pounds

●     Ability to follow OSHA requirements

●     Willing and able to travel and work overnight shifts throughout the United States when needed

●     Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction

●     Supply basic construction hand tools

●     OSHA 10hr or the completion of OSHA 10hr within 3 months of employment (paid by employer)

●     Ability to read and interpret construction documents, knowledge of construction methods and materials, strong team leadership skills and ability to communicate are all required skills

●     Candidate must also have time management and project organizational skills to be successful in this role


●     Detailed when it comes to repairs made, including but not limited to measurements, pictures, recommendations for repairs and quotes

●     Ability to work overtime and/or on-call as workload and emergency issues dictate

Additionally, the employee should have sufficient mobility to climb ladders, access tight spaces, and generally inspect concealed, but accessible spaces within existing buildings.
