Lenea Corporation has an immediate need for a working Traveling Construction Foreman who is knowledgeable in all trades with commercial and Residential building or remodeling experience. Travel is required and a must for this role. Lenea Corporation is a national GC and operates in all lower 48 states and Alaska. The Foreman directs the workflow of the project on site consistent with the project schedule and company’s safety and quality standards. The Foreman provides leadership and serves as the liaison between the superintendent and all construction workers to promote the interest of both the business and clients. Responsible for communicating project priorities to subcontractors and staff serving as a leader on site.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualifications:
● 5 years' experience in commercial construction as a foreman, preferably with a traveling
commercial general contractor
● Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines
and achieve desired results ·
● Computer proficient with software systems including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite
(ex. Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), ProCore, Adobe,
● OSHA 10hr Certification preferred (Owner will pay for certifications)
● Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally
● Ability to organize and manage tasks and priorities
Responsibilities:
• Review subcontracts
• Ensure that quantities are accurately claimed each week.
• Attend project meetings.
• Communicate safety expectations to the crews and subcontractors and never walk past an unsafe act
without correcting it.
• Quality control inspections of the projects
• Ensure quality issues are addressed timely and implement changes to eliminate re-occurrence.
• Purchasing or renting project specific tools/equipment
• Daily reports and analyses
• Timecard entry/review/approval
• Directs the workflow of the project on site consistent with the project schedule and company’s safety
and quality standards
• Provides leadership and serves as the liaison between the superintendent and all construction workers to
promote the interest of both the business and clients
•Responsible for communicating project priorities to subcontractors and staff serving as a leader on site In additional to the above functions, the Superintendent will:
Mentorship
• Training: Assist where needed to train new local workforce on means/methods of construction used
throughout the company.
• Safety training

Travel US wide (remote locations).
$90,000 - $135,000 per year
