Paid Ads Specialist

(In-Office or Remote; Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available; Pay DOE)

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with additional familiarity in Google Tag Manager, GA4, and WordPress. Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, Shopify, HubSpot, CallRail, or Call Tracking Metrics is a strong plus.

This position offers the opportunity to work across diverse industries, directly impact client growth, and collaborate with a team of marketing professionals committed to both personal and professional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance at the keyword, ad group, and campaign levels
• Manage budget allocation to ensure ROI and KPI targets are met
• Implement and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager and GA4
• Develop performance reports and present actionable insights to clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with account managers, designers, and developers to improve campaign creative and landing page performance
• Stay informed on platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage

Qualifications Required:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Search, Display, Video, and Paid Social campaigns)
• Proficiency with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
• Experience using WordPress for campaign tracking and landing page updates
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Preferred:

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, or other emerging paid channels
• Familiarity with Shopify, HubSpot, CallRail, or Call Tracking Metrics
• Google Ads or Meta Ads certifications
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization principles
