About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Sales Manager with a background in Big Law to drive growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and client acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling legal services or solutions to large law firms and a deep understanding of the legal industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the legal industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Big Law firms.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, preferably in the legal industry.
  • Strong understanding of Big Law operations and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
