We are a commercial construction company with a focus on interior build-outs for office, industrial, and retail spaces. Our office is located in Katy, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, including setting up barriers, temporary structures, and cleaning debris
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment
• Operate basic hand and power tools (drills, saws, jackhammers, etc.)
• Support skilled trades such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers by providing materials and assisting with tasks
• Perform demolition, surface prep, and clean-up duties
• Follow site safety protocols, including proper use of PPE
• Transport tools, materials, and supplies across job sites
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces to promote job site efficiency
• Perform minor repairs, installations, or touch-ups as directed
• Assist with framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and fixture installation
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, or other machinery (if certified)
• Support project deadlines by working flexible hours as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks throughout the workday
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Familiarity with construction tools and materials
• Strong understanding of job site safety regulations and OSHA standards
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to take direction and work under supervision
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different job duties
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to various job sites

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Prior experience in commercial construction
• Certification in forklift, scissor lift, or OSHA 10/30 safety training
• Basic knowledge of blueprints or construction plans
• Experience with drywall, painting, or light framing is a plus

Work Environment

• Outdoor and indoor commercial job sites (offices, retail spaces, medical buildings, etc.)
• Exposure to various weather conditions
• Use of PPE including hard hats, gloves, boots, and safety glasses
• May involve early start times and extended shifts depending on project phase
