This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager in Houston, Texas. The Property Manager will oversee assigned properties' day-to-day operations, manage tenant relations, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and ensure compliance with leasing policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• The position requires at least three years of experience in property management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of leasing policies and regulations
• Experience in budgeting and financial management
• Ability to work well under pressure and resolve conflicts
• Proficiency in Resman is a plus but not required
• Valid Driver’s License and insurance is required
• Bilingual Preferred
