Adventure Guides may be responsible for either working on attractions or guest services.

This includes:

• Selling tickets,
• Food and beverage,
• Merchandise
• Safe and efficient operation of all attractions (i.e. Alpine Coaster)
• Ticket compliance

In addition, and under supervision, guides may perform light maintenance and cleaning, and periodic inspections. Guides may be assigned to any attraction or station, and/or rotate throughout an assigned shift. Guides are also responsible for area cleanliness. 

The guides will, typically, be the first contact guests have at the park. As such, they must actively welcome guests and happily handle guest service issues. As the primary point of guest contact, guides must provide an exceptional guest service experience.

Required Qualifications

• Prior guest
• At least 16 years of age
• 2 references
• A Washington State Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain one within 10 days of employment).

Preferred Experience

• 2-3 years of guest service experience, which could include recreation, retail, or food service.
• Computer skills
• Cash handling

Seasonal positions run from Thanksgiving through New Years Day.
