If you've spent your career supporting federal missions — at State, Justice, INL, or a contractor in that space — and you're looking for work that keeps you close to what you know, this may be the right next step. Learnitude is a DC-based learning and development consultancy. For over a decade, we've trained foreign service officers, law enforcement professionals, and international development staff. We're growing — a new GSA contract vehicle and a new prime contract — and we need an experienced operations professional to help us build the infrastructure to match.

The Role: A fractional Operations & Contracting engagement, 4–6 months starting April 2026, with potential to go permanent. This is a build role. You'll establish systems and processes across financial operations, GSA/FAR compliance, proposal management, and BD support — with real ownership from day one.

You're a Strong Fit If You Have

• Experience supporting small federal contractors ($5–20M revenue)
• GSA Schedule and FAR compliance knowledge
• Hands-on financial operations experience (QuickBooks, invoicing, cash flow, financial reporting)
• The ability to drive independently with limited CEO availability

Engagement details:

• Hybrid, DC-based (2 days/week in-person)
• 4–6 months initial term
• $50–$65/hour — hourly or monthly retainer structure
