We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy Lead Performing Arts Instructor to join our team and lead engaging performing arts classes for children.

We are currently hiring instructors for programs across multiple California locations. The ideal candidate creates a fun, structured environment where students can build confidence, creativity, and performance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging theater, improv, and performing arts classes
• Deliver fun and structured lesson plans
• Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment
• Adapt activities for different ages and skill levels
• Encourage creativity, confidence, and participation
• Collaborate with staff and program partners as needed

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a leadership or teaching role
• Background in theater, improv, performing arts, or a related field
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Energetic, organized, dependable, and professional
• Passion for helping children develop confidence through the performing arts
• Ability to reliably commute to assigned program locations
