Leapstart is seeking a caring early-learning educator for our Morning Elementary Prep Program. This role supports children who are preparing for Transitional Kindergarten through a balanced morning of literacy, beginning math, creative exploration, movement, classroom routines, and social-emotional growth. The ideal candidate understands early childhood development and can help young learners build confidence, independence, and a positive relationship with school.

Requirements:

• Experience working with preschool or early elementary-aged children
• Understanding of early childhood development and school-readiness skills
• Ability to teach early literacy, beginning math, and fine-motor activities
• A patient, encouraging approach to routines and transitions
• Strong classroom management and family communication skills
• Background and fingerprinting check required

Job is 2.5 hours mornings - 3 or 5 days a week
