As our Test Operations Technician Lead, you will bring deep aerospace integration, propulsion systems, and high-energy test environment expertise to our team. You will lead rocket engine and component testing programs, oversee test stand development, and support launch operations across our methane/LOX propulsion systems.

· Keep hot-fire test campaigns on schedule to support engine development and launch milestones
· Deliver commissioned, flight-ready test stands and validated hot-fire data, not just completed tasks
· Own test operations end-to-end, from cryogenic loading and safing procedures through post-test teardown
· Uphold rigorous safety and quality standards in every high-energy, high-pressure, and cryogenic test operation
· Identify and mitigate risks in test stand design, hardware integration, and hot-fire operations before they impact schedule or safety
· Lead technician teams and make real-time calls during hot-fire and launch pad operations

The estimated salary range for this role reflects various compensation factors. The final offer depends on factors such as work experience, education, training, key skills, and business needs.
