We are seeking a CRM Consultant to join our team as a long-term contractor. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the HubSpot ecosystem - either as a consultant, or with a partner agency. This role requires proven success managing B2B CRM implementations, data migrations and integrations, and supporting cross-functional teams.

Role & Responsibilities:
The CRM Consultant will collaborate closely with the Founder to manage client relationships and surface opportunities for expansion. They’ll meet regularly with clients to provide status updates, and to help them get the most out of HubSpot. Ahead of each meeting, the consultant will review open tasks (ClickUp) to prepare status updates, and keep a pulse on projects in progress to ensure we are moving the needle on desired outcomes.
Upon developing a nuanced understanding of each client’s business within the first 3 - 4 months, they’ll become a trusted advisor - recommending solutions and creating action plans for our team to deliver against. They’ll plan flawless end-to-end lifecyle tracking (lifecycle stages, lead stages, deal stages, scoring models). They also wil follow through by confidently collaborating with clients to align people and processes behind cross-functional CRM strategies.
Driven by curiosity, the CRM Consultant should proactively analyze data in HubSpot - looking out for opportunities to celebrate CRM program success, as well as opportunities for improvement. They’ll simplify complex information into to clear, actionable insights, and share reports to facilitate proactive planning. They’ll rely on whiteboarding tools like Miro to visualize business processes and data flows, providing clear information about how everything works.
The ideal candidate will be a pro at balancing the importance of immediate impact, with the responsibility to look out for long-term success. They’ll possess a complete understanding of downstream impacts, and a strong sense of accountability over project outcomes. They’ll serve as a champion for clients’ best interests by ensuring CRM data is clean, structured, and scalable, enabling accurate reporting and effective decision-making.
