Description

We’re hiring an Account Executive to join our sales team and play a key role in scaling our business. This flexible, part-time position is designed for a strategic and results-driven individual who’s ready to make an impact while helping shape our sales processes.


You’ll work alongside another Account Executive and the Founder and be expected to generate new business opportunities, engage with prospects, and close deals independently. If you thrive in dynamic environments, take ownership of your success, and love combining strategy with execution, this role is for you.


Responsibilities

  • Proactively leverage our CRM database, partnerships, and LinkedIn to network and engage with potential prospects.
  • Independently drive new business cycles from initial contact, pitching, and winning deals.
  • Support long-term growth by documenting and refining sales processes for others to follow in the future.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless handoffs and exceptional client experiences.


Qualification

  • Proven Sales Experience: 5-7 years of experience selling services (similar industries to ours are preferred).
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect services to business outcomes and articulate the “why” behind our work.
  • Technical Curiosity: Comfortable navigating CRMs, curious to learn about new features, and able to adopt new software tools quickly.
  • Proactivity and Ownership: You’re not waiting things to happen - you’re taking initiative to generate leads, identify opportunities, and get deals done.
  • Results-Oriented: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborative Mindset: While self-motivated, you value being part of a strong team and work well with others to achieve shared goals.


Growth Potential: Opportunity to transition to full-time upon meeting initial targets, ideally within 3 - 4 months.
