Please note: Listed salary range is an estimate based on performance and will vary per person. Compensation is based on outreach success as well as program conversion, and will be broken down per program type.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Create outreach lists and identify potential target personas to build relationships and educate on our programs
- Work to meet people who be good referral sources
- Craft email responses and follow up cadences to introduce people to our services.
- Use your network to share opportunities for support and services
- Assist in building a strong patient base and referral network in all 50-states
- Utilize knowledge of your local community and programs to determine options for engagement.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of neurodiversity with lived experience, work experience or educational experience
- Interest and commitment to neuro-affirming practices
- Willingness to work with a skill coach and request help/guidance as necessary
- Ability to analyze situations and adopt an effective course of action.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
- Ability to maintain objectivity and confidentiality.
Education and Experience:
- Clinical licensure not required
- Training for partnerships, outreach and social skills development provided throughout.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Located within the United States
