The Landscape Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of outdoor properties, ensuring they remain aesthetically pleasing and functional. This role involves performing a variety of tasks including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, edging pathways and garden beds, string trimming around obstacles, and blowing off debris from driveways, sidewalks, and other surfaces. The technician works to maintain the overall appearance and health of landscapes, providing clients with well-groomed and attractive outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mowing: Cutting grass to the appropriate height using various types of mowers.
• Hedge Trimming: Shaping and maintaining hedges and shrubs.
• Edging: Creating clean and defined edges along walkways, driveways, and garden beds.
• String Trimming: Using string trimmers to cut grass and weeds in hard-to-reach areas.
• Blowing Off: Clearing debris from hard surfaces to ensure a neat and tidy appearance.

Qualifications:

• Experience with landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

Additional Information:

• This is a seasonal position.
• Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on average.
