Warehouse & Shipping Associate

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00/hr, based on experience Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Warehouse & Shipping Associate to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is managing outbound shipments through ShipStation, with additional manufacturing support duties during downtime. This is a hands-on, physical position in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and ship outbound packages daily using ShipStation
• Safely lift, move, and handle large packages throughout the warehouse
• Maintain an organized and efficient shipping area
• Assist with light manufacturing tasks during non-shipping downtime
• Follow all workplace safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with ShipStation (required)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for an 8-hour shift, including frequent lifting and moving of large packages
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent Monday–Friday schedule
• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
