Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trust and Estates Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in estate planning and administration, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Advising clients on estate planning strategies and tax implications.
• Assisting with the administration of estates and trusts, including probate proceedings.
• Representing clients in trust and estate litigation matters.
• Conducting legal research and staying current with changes in trust and estate law.
• Collaborating with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• 1-4 years of experience in trust and estate law.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
