About the Position: Supervising Case Manager
- Job: Supervising Case Manager
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Location: Hybrid, 3 days in office in Utah County.
The Supervising Case Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Taking the lead on client management and making sure that our clients' cases are handled with the utmost care from the beginning to the end of the case lifecycle
- Always know what tasks need to be completed by the Case Management team and assign tasks to members of the team
- Communicate with attorneys regularly about the status of our cases.
- Take responsibility for the status of cases. Problem solve without making excuses.
- Lead a team of Case Managers
- Speak with clients, court clerks, and government employees on the phone and via email
- Obtain case updates from the Court on client cases and draft messages to inform client when the update is obtained
- Copiously document updates in respective Client files
- Be flexible and able to assist the team with additional services as needed

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate, or currently enrolled seeking a Bachelor's degree.
- Desire to help people move forward from their pasts
- 3-10 years of experience in a fast-paced position which requires managing multiple tasks and providing polished writing products preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong computer and internet skills including knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom, and a CRM (please list the one you are familiar with)
- Affable disposition who enjoys team camaraderie.
- Self-starter, ability to prioritize, stay on task, and work independently.
- A problem solver who strives to reduce the workload on others by finishing tasks without leaving loose ends.
- Goal-oriented and efficient, while remaining thorough and accurate.
- Ability to manage large workloads, and keep deadlines
