We are looking for a Designer & Creative Content Producer to join our brand creative team remotely. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with real creative ownership. You will work directly with our Creative Director to keep Lauten’s visual brand consistent and our presence across platforms intentional and effective.

The Role

We are looking for a Designer & Creative Content Producer to join our brand creative team remotely. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with real creative ownership. You will work directly with our Creative Director to keep Lauten’s visual brand consistent and our presence across platforms intentional and effective.


What this role is not

This is not a product design, industrial design, or hardware role. Our microphones are designed by our product team. Your canvas is the brand: the visual identity, the content, the marketing materials, and the story we tell about our microphones.

This is not an art direction role where you concept and delegate. You'll be in the files. You'll be the one opening Illustrator, editing the reel, and hitting publish. If you're looking to move away from hands-on execution, this probably isn't the right fit.

This is also not a role with a rigid creative brief for every project. You'll need to make good decisions independently, maintain brand standards from the inside, and know when to loop in the Creative Director versus when to just make the call.


What You’ll Be Doing

Design Execution

  • Graphic design and package design across our product line
  • Web assets for our Webflow brand site and Shopify store
  • Print and digital advertising materials
  • Merchandise design
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all visual touchpoints


Social & Content Production

  • Creating designs, photos, and short-form content tailored for intended platforms
  • Developing educational content supporting recording artists and home studio producers
  • Building and executing email marketing assets and campaigns


Brand Stewardship

  • Maintaining and evolving Lauten’s visual standards across all formats
  • Making autonomous creative decisions consistent with the brand without constant direction
  • Building and maintaining design systems and asset libraries that keep creative output scalable


What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Strong design fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and composition, with a design portfolio of finished, shipped work
  • Comfort working across formats: print, digital, social, photography, and short-form video
  • Self-directed by nature — you manage your own workload and know what to prioritize
  • A genuine connection to music, audio, or recording culture
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications


Preferred

  • Experience working in-house at a small company or boutique brand with broad creative scope
  • Familiarity with Webflow, Shopify, HubSpot, or Klaviyo
  • Photo or video production capability beyond editing
  • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities. We move fast, and direction can change


Compensation & Details

  • Hourly: $26.45 – $37.02 depending on experience

Salary
