Rooted Survivors Therapy is seeking a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist to join our growing Oklahoma team. We are a therapist-led, boutique group practice specializing in trauma, abusive relationships, and helping survivors rebuild their lives. Our clinicians provide virtual individual therapy to clients throughout Oklahoma, with the support of a collaborative team, administrative infrastructure, insurance referrals, and ongoing clinical consultation. This role is ideal for a therapist who is passionate about trauma work, values strong clinical relationships, and wants to grow their caseload within a mission-driven practice.
Rooted Survivors Therapy is a growing, therapist-led group practice specializing in trauma recovery, abusive and toxic relationships, and helping survivors rebuild their lives. We were founded on the belief that trauma survivors deserve thoughtful, highly skilled care from clinicians who truly understand the complexities of abuse, and that therapists deserve a workplace where they feel equally supported.
We are intentionally different from large corporate or big-tech therapy platforms. Our practice is led by therapists from the top down, which means clinical quality, ethical care, and the well-being of our team guide how we grow. We value clinicians who are compassionate, curious, collaborative, and committed to continuing to develop their craft.
At Rooted Survivors, we want therapists to be able to focus on what they do best: providing excellent therapy. Our team supports the administrative, marketing, intake, and operational pieces behind the scenes while creating opportunities for consultation, connection, professional growth, and advanced clinical development.
We’re building a practice where both clients and clinicians can put down roots, feel supported, and grow—and we’re looking for people who genuinely believe in that mission to grow with us.
