Role Summary
The Store Manager oversees daily operations, team leadership, maintenance, customer service, and efficiency initiatives. This hands-on role ensures smooth store performance, high customer satisfaction, and supports business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- This role will manage the laundry team. This will include increased responsibility to supervise store services and employees
- Ensure cleanliness of the store and machines to our high standards
- Support team members and self-service laundry customers as needed with machines, payment systems, and vending
- Manage Wash, Dry & Fold services (assisting as needed) with high quality and attention to detail
- Coordinate repair and maintenance needs
- Train, schedule, and supervise attendants and service staff, fostering a positive, drama-free work environment
- Work with vendors, emergency response, and special projects as assigned
Required Education, Experience, Skills
- 3+ years of operations, retail, or service industry management
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Comfort with technology tools
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- Comfortable with hands-on work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

From $22 per hour, plus laundry order production bonuses

- Variable shifts managed by this role. Some evenings and weekend days are common.
