Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a full caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, property division, and domestic violence cases.
  • Lead complex legal cases and provide strategic guidance to clients throughout the litigation and settlement processes.
  • Manage and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop creative and effective solutions for clients.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediation, and settlement conferences.
  • Stay current on California family law developments to provide the highest level of service.
  • Actively contribute to firm growth and business development initiatives.
  • Minimum billable hours of 1400/year.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the California Bar.
  • Minimum of 8 years of family law experience, with a proven track record of successful outcomes in complex cases.
  • Strong litigation and courtroom experience.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to client service and a high degree of professionalism.
  • Proven leadership and mentorship abilities.
  • Excellent references.

Salary

$250,000 - $275,000 per year
