We’re looking for a Strategist to join our team, where you’ll lead the design and delivery of highly complex, fully custom research studies for our clients. You’ll own projects end to end — developing innovative methodologies, guiding analysis, and translating insights into compelling narratives that shape strategy for media and entertainment brands.
What you’ll do:
• Design and lead highly complex, fully custom research studies — from developing study proposals and methodology to analysis, reporting, and client presentation.
• Analyze, interpret, and visualize nuanced research findings about our clients' audiences, subscribers, users, and prospects.
• Serve as a primary client contact, managing relationships and addressing client needs.
• Build reports and present findings to stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights through clear visualizations and compelling narratives.
• Edit media in Premiere Pro or QuickTime — we'll provide training if needed.
• Efficiently manage multiple concurrent projects across their full lifecycles.
• Identify areas for improvement in methodologies, workflows, or deliverables — and actively propose and implement solutions.
• Contribute to Latitude initiatives like knowledge sharing, developing best practices, growing core competencies across teams, and fostering collaborative autonomy.
What you bring:
• A four-year degree in the social sciences and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a quantitative analyst in the market research field.
• High level of competency in Excel, Google Suites, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated experience with statistical analysis, R or similar software packages, and data management.
• Deep expertise in media research — audience intelligence, advertising effectiveness, programming strategy, multi-screen strategy, etc.
• Strong skills in design, data visualization, and content creation.
• Competency in AI tools and incorporating them into your workflows
• A strong facility with quantitative reasoning and proven experience across all elements of the primary research process (design, fieldwork/logistics, and analysis).
Bonus if you have:
• Extensive experience working with media, entertainment, or agency clients.
• Familiarity with audience research, video testing, or ad effectiveness tools.
• Experience developing and presenting insights-driven strategies directly to clients.
• Interest or experience in how media is used in reporting – strategy, placement, grouping, etc.
This position offers significant opportunities for growth and professional development at a vibrant, cutting-edge company with an impressive client list in communications and technology (Netflix, Amazon, NBCU, Disney, Paramount, etc.).
