We’re looking for a strategic, client-savvy leader to join our team as Director of Client Solutions.
You’ll help prospective and current clients understand the value of our video intelligence platform, Lumiere, by crafting tailored solutions executed by the Latitude team, leading product demos, and supporting deal execution. This role is the connective tissue between our clients, product capabilities, and internal teams.
What you’ll do:
· Converse with clients to uncover their needs and craft thoughtful, strategic solutions using Lumiere-based range of services.
· Deliver compelling demos and presentations to showcase our software and services
· Create custom pitch materials and respond to RFPs in collaboration with research and marketing
· Manage deal execution, including contracts, scopes of work, and CRM documentation
· Ensure quality of deliverables map back to project goals
· Act as a strategic partner between internal stakeholders across marketing and research
Three Key Things About You:
· Experience in a custom research setting working with media, entertainment, or agency clients.
· Familiarity with audience research, video testing, or ad effectiveness tools
· You're likely an extrovert at heart — energized by collaboration, conversation, and client interaction
What you bring:
· 3+ years in a client-facing or pre-sales role within a research, SaaS, or media/tech environment
· Strong communication and storytelling skills, with a knack for simplifying complex solutions
· Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and managing deal logistics
· Comfortable leading product demos and collaborating across functions
· Strategic mindset with a service-oriented approach
