Client Advisor Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service throughout sales experience
- Assess client’s needs and provide assistance and information of products
- Utilize elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales performance
- Achieve monthly sales goals
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge
- Process Point of Sale purchases and returns
- Possess the ability to effectively and calmly handle client complaints
- Team with other sales associates in order to ensure excellent client service
- Cultivate and build client relationships
- Alert management and other sales associates to potential theft and security risks
- Inform clients of new arrivals, products of interest, events and sales
- Ensure the selling floor is neat, organized, stocked, and always reflects the correct visual image
- Ensure all sales related policies and procedures are maintained
- Full knowledge of store’s history and design
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
- Associates degree or high school diploma
- At least two years of retail experience required
- Luxury Retail experience highly preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
