Client Advisor Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service throughout sales experience
• Assess client’s needs and provide assistance and information of products
• Utilize elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales performance
• Achieve monthly sales goals
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge
• Process Point of Sale purchases and returns
• Possess the ability to effectively and calmly handle client complaints
• Team with other sales associates in order to ensure excellent client service
• Cultivate and build client relationships
• Alert management and other sales associates to potential theft and security risks
• Inform clients of new arrivals, products of interest, events and sales
• Ensure the selling floor is neat, organized, stocked, and always reflects the correct visual image
• Ensure all sales related policies and procedures are maintained
• Full knowledge of store’s history and design
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• Associates degree or high school diploma
• At least two years of retail experience required
• Luxury Retail experience highly preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
