Lasa Health is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to design user-friendly interfaces for our SMART on FHIR app integrated with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and a patient-focused mobile app for iOS and Android. You’ll play a critical role in shaping innovative solutions that enhance care delivery and patient experience in women’s health.

Key Responsibilities

• Use Figma to design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both the SMART on FHIR EHR-integrated app and mobile applications.
• Develop intuitive and accessible user interfaces compliant with healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA, WCAG).
• Collaborate with clinicians, patients, and developers to refine designs based on feedback and usability testing.
• Ensure seamless design alignment across platforms and devices (desktop, iOS, and Android).

Requirements

• Proven experience designing healthcare or similarly complex applications.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and a robust design portfolio showcasing user-centered designs for EHRs or mobile apps.
• Understanding of iOS and Android design principles.
• (optional) Familiarity with SMART on FHIR, EHR workflows, and healthcare compliance standards.
