Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Business Outreach Representative to join our team in a part-time, daytime role. This position focuses on contacting local businesses, following a proven script, and helping generate new opportunities for the company.

Schedule:
- Part-time position
- Start time between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- 4–8 hour shifts depending on availability
- Flexible scheduling based on candidate availability
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to local businesses using a provided contact list
- Follow a structured script to communicate services clearly and professionally
- Work toward achieving the desired outcome of each call (setting appointments, generating interest, etc.)
- Accurately track call activity and outcomes
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude on every call
- Continuously improve communication and outreach skills
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Outgoing personality and confidence on the phone
- Willingness to learn and follow a structured process
- Basic organizational and tracking skills
- Reliable and consistent attendance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer outreach (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with cold calling or lead generation
