Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Operations Manager to oversee our cleaning teams across multiple facilities. This role is responsible for managing staff performance, maintaining quality standards, and supporting both employees and clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in accountability, communication, and building a strong team culture. If you’re someone who can lead by example, maintain high standards, and help grow a team, we’re looking to bring you on board.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support cleaning staff across assigned locations
  • Maintain and enforce company quality standards at all job sites
  • Conduct regular quality control checks and ensure consistency
  • Build and maintain strong team morale and a positive work environment
  • Create and manage weekly employee performance reports
  • Address employee issues, issue write-ups, and manage policy violations
  • Assist with scheduling coordination and staff accountability
  • Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns
  • Act as a point of contact between staff and company leadership


Schedule & Work Expectations:

  • Must be available during early morning hours (aligned with cleaning shifts starting at 2:00 AM)
  • Schedule may vary depending on operational needs
  • Some weekend availability required
  • Flexibility is important as workload and staffing needs may change


Requirements:

  • Previous management or supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple locations and teams effectively
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable addressing performance issues and enforcing policies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
