We are currently seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team of badasses at our St. Paul headquarters! The Social Media Manager will support the LL marketing team in an exciting growth phase within the company and the marketing department itself. Leveraging expertise in social media, content creation, pop-culture trends, and influencer marketing, they'll manage a social media calendar, generate original content, oversee ads content creation, and manage content creators and influencers (gifting, paid campaigns, and collaborations) to boost sales, foster community, convey the brand mission, and enhance growth and retention efforts on social media platforms.
The Social Media Manager will contribute to social media strategy alongside the entire team, manage an influencer gifting initiative, and handle the brand's social media and online community presence (mainly Instagram and Facebook). Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Social Media Manager will support the Marketing Team's endeavors to enhance profits and increase customer acquisition/retention. This position will closely cooperate with the entire marketing team to design and craft captivating marketing and brand content.
