As a Sales Lead, you will have the opportunity to drive the success of our retail and wholesale operations, coordinate day-to-day operations of our brick and mortar shop and pop-up events, lead wholesale outreach and service, and maintain our product catalog and sales channels. You will be a key player in achieving our sales goals and work collaboratively with other Sales Leads and Sales Assistants to create exceptional customer experiences.

Compensation, benefits, and details:

  • Full-time (non-exempt)
  • Paid hourly - starting pay $22/hr, with an increase to $23/hr after successful completion of the introductory period
  • 5 days a week - 40/hrs per week - Sunday/Monday/Tuesday required
  • In-person - primarily at our Saint Paul shop, but also at offsite pop-up events across the Twin Cities. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
