Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: You'll own our retail store sales goals, collaborating with your team to strategize revenue-driving opportunities and continuously monitoring performance to ensure we exceed expectations.

  • Visual Merchandising Mastery: Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards, ensuring our store always presents a safe, clean, and welcoming atmosphere that delights customers and drives sales.

  • Operational Excellence: From scheduling to workflow management, you'll oversee sales operational requirements, ensuring that core processes are followed meticulously to maximize efficiency and productivity.

  • Team Empowerment: Lead, coach, and inspire your Retail Sales Team, setting the pace for excellence through training, scheduling, and strategic planning to maximize their potential and productivity.

  • Financial Stewardship: Manage the sales budget and retail shop P&L with precision, controlling costs and driving profitability while ensuring every decision aligns with our strategic goals.

  • Customer Connection: Build lasting relationships with our customers, identifying their current and future needs to deliver exceptional service and drive loyalty.

  • Inventory Integrity: Oversee the maintenance of store inventory, ensuring merchandising standards are upheld and new products are introduced in a timely manner to drive sales.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain the stability and reputation of our store by complying with legal requirements and representing our brand with integrity and professionalism.

  • Versatility: From setting up pop-up events to working shifts on the shop floor, you'll tackle every challenge with enthusiasm and determination, ensuring our success in any situation.
