The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy, growth, and acquisition of the marketing department and the team within it.

In this role you will be responsible for the growth and optimization of our site and digital channels to create an unforgettable user experience that represents the voice and vision of Larissa Loden. This role is responsible for all aspects of the day to day operations of our e-commerce platform and related marketing funnels including product launches, email, digital marketing, management of cross-functional teams and managing our passionate group of movers and shakers to implement cutting edge growth strategies that make up our marketing engine.

This position is:

  • Full Time Salary (Exempt)
  • Starting at $65,000-$75,000 per year
  • Benefits include: PTO, Medical & Dental Insurance, Health Savings Account, Holiday Pay, Simple IRA, 55% discount on Larissa Loden Jewelry
  • Flexible, remote work is a possibility

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years experience in digital marketing digital brand strategy
  • 2 plus years experience managing a team
  • In depth understanding of marketing and industry trends
  • An analytical mindset, with proven experience defining and delivering performance metrics for brand initiatives and gleaning actionable creative insights from data
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal,skills
  • Growth strategy experience
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Experience with the platforms Shopify and Klaviyo

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • Facebook Ads Certification and experience with FB Business Manager 
  • Google Analytics certified
  • Experience with Airtable or similar project management software
