Clinical Support Coordinator – Neurofeedback Services


Position Summary

The Clinical Support Coordinator helps oversee the day-to-day operation of our neurofeedback program by coordinating patient care, scheduling, and treatment services. This role serves as a primary point of contact for patients and families, helping ensure a positive experience throughout treatment.

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, coordinating the neurofeedback caseload, communicating with patients and families, tracking treatment participation, and supporting clinicians with patient follow-up. During appointments, the coordinator prepares patients for BrainPaint neurofeedback sessions by applying sensors and initiating clinician-selected treatment protocols. Because BrainPaint administers the training automatically, this role focuses primarily on patient support, care coordination, and program organization.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of neurofeedback services.
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
  • Monitor attendance, treatment schedules, and patient follow-up needs.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for patients and families.
  • Prepare patients for BrainPaint sessions by applying sensors according to established procedures.
  • Initiate clinician-directed BrainPaint sessions and monitor patient comfort.
  • Document treatment sessions and communicate updates to the clinical team.
  • Maintain treatment records, equipment, and treatment rooms.
  • Assist with front desk and other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfortable learning new technology.
  • Previous experience in healthcare, behavioral health, customer service, or another patient-facing role is preferred but not required.
  • Flexible schedule with evening availability.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

No previous neurofeedback experience is required—we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
