Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor's or a higher degree earned at an institution located within the United States.
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- English as a native language or fluent to a high degree.
- Experience in both HR Management AND providing executive-level administrative support. (Certain internships qualify)
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Admin, HR & Payroll Platforms. E.g., Google Workplace, MS Office Suite, Gusto, Quickbooks, Indeed, LinkedIn.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Preferred Traits/Qualifications:
- Native or fluent in Spanish and/or French.
- Background or experience in Military, Law Enforcement, or Private Security.
- Background or experience with defensive products, firearms, or defense related industry.
- Willingness to relocate to office locations in, but not limited to, Texas, Illinois, Indiana, Virginia, North Carolina, & Florida.
- Willingness to be active and receptive to duties & tasks beyond normal work hours.

Tasks & Duties:
Human Resources Management:
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off-boarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and company goals.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee record-keeping.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations.
- Promote company culture initiatives to maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
Executive Administrative Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive leadership.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Manage office operations, including ordering supplies and overseeing vendor relationships.
