Position Summary

The LCSW/LCSW-S will serve as a clinical leader at Lakeview Health, supporting the development and delivery of therapeutic services, supervising targeted case management staff, conducting clinical assessments, and training IOP team members. The ideal candidate brings experience in both clinical care and administrative oversight, ensuring smooth daily operations while upholding the highest standards of care.


Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Supervision

  • Provide direct clinical services including assessments, individual, group, and family therapy
  • Supervise Targeted Case Managers and clinical interns (if LCSW-S)
  • Oversee IOP clinical programming, ensuring delivery of evidence-based interventions
  • Develop and review treatment plans, discharge summaries, and progress reports
  • Conduct clinical documentation audits for compliance and quality improvement

Training & Development

  • Design and facilitate orientation and ongoing training for IOP and TCM staff
  • Ensure all clinical staff are trained in trauma-informed care, documentation standards, and crisis intervention
  • Provide support in implementing CARF/Medicaid/insurance standards and compliance practices

Office & Program Management

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to improve workflow, documentation practices, and client care coordination
  • Assist in scheduling, staff planning, and client intake protocols
  • Support quality assurance initiatives and program outcome tracking
  • Contribute to strategic program development and service expansion

Qualifications

  • Active LCSW or LCSW-S license in Texas (required)
  • 3+ years of clinical experience in outpatient behavioral health, IOP, or community mental health settings
  • Experience in Targeted Case Management (TCM) programming and clinical documentation
  • Strong background in training, supervision, and staff development
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CARF standards and Texas Medicaid/insurance billing requirements (preferred)
  • Proficient in EHR systems and HIPAA-compliant practices
