Join the LILO Crew at Lakeside Christian Academy! 🚀 Looking for a gig that keeps you moving, lets you work with your hands, and makes a real impact every single week? Welcome to Lakeside Christian Academy’s LILO Team, the behind-the-scenes heroes who help reset our campus for the weekend and kick start every new school week with excellence. If you love being active, solving problems on the fly, and working in an environment where no two days are the same, this might be your kind of job.
The Lakeside Christian Academy serves central Florida families
seeking a nurturing environment where the next generation can
thrive. Our belief at Lakeside Christian Academy is that young
children learn best by interacting with the world around them
through play and appropriate instruction that is fun and engaging.
With the support of parents, teachers, and the community, children
will develop spiritually, intellectually, physically, emotionally, and
socially. Children who experience a positive and appropriate
academic environment gain confidence in their God-given abilities
and develop a love for learning.

You’ll join a team that’s energetic, supportive, and mission-driven — all while learning useful skills, staying active, and being part of something bigger than yourself.
If you’re ready to get moving, help shape an awesome school experience, and be part of a crew that truly makes a difference… we’d love to meet you!
