What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues (not just parts swapping)
- Perform inspections and identify root causes accurately
- Handle a mix of maintenance and advanced diagnostic work
- Work closely with service advisors to ensure clear repair plans
- Maintain clean, organized work habits
- Contribute to an efficient, team-oriented shop
What We’re Looking For
- A-Level Technician (or strong B-Tech ready to step up)
- State of Michigan certifications (or actively pursuing)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with scan tools and modern diagnostic equipment
- Ability to handle jobs independently from diagnosis to completion
- Pride in quality work — not shortcuts
Compensation & Bonus Structure
- $25–$33/hour base (based on experience and capability)
- Performance bonus based on:
- Productivity (hours produced vs. available)
- Quality of work (comebacks matter)
