What You’ll Own (This Is a Leadership Role)
You are the face of the business. You control the experience.
- Create a 5-star first impression every time a customer walks in
- Turn customer concerns into clear, confident repair plans
- Present estimates in a way customers trust and approve (no discounting culture)
- Manage the schedule to maximize bay productivity
- Be the bridge between customers and technicians
- Keep customers informed → no surprises, no confusion
- Drive repeat business and long-term relationships
