We're looking for someone who can thrive in a fast pace, flexible, and remote work environment to support the implementation of diverse marketing technology initiatives in support of client growth programs. 


As a HubSpot Operations Specialist, you will:


  • Advise clients, helping them to achieve their desired objectives with HubSpot.
  • Evaluate marketing and sales requirements, current tech stack, and business objectives to define each client’s ideal HubSpot solution.
  • Define the future state processes and the customer journey(s) that will govern how to implement HubSpot effectively.
  • HubSpot configuration including data capture & collection, automation engineering, database segmentation, CRM configuration, campaign setup, technical integrations, attribution & reporting, and user adoption activities.
  • Create and execute complex nurture or drip campaigns.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics between marketing and sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
  • Understand how to take a problem a client might present and explore different ways to solve for it.
  • Obtain HubSpot PSO certification and Onboard HubSpot PSO clients.
  • Provide training to clients when applicable on HubSpot itself or custom HubSpot setup that we completed.

You should be comfortable with: 

  • Day-to-day task and project management
  • Marketing Automation & CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Admin Knowledge
  • Google Suite
  • Productivity Tools (e.g. Asana)

$65,000 - $80,000 per year
