Pantry Cook

Overview

Lake Limerick Country Club (LLCC) is a private community nestled in Mason County, Washington. As the Pantry Cook, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of cold foods and ensuring food plating is visually appealing for our guests. You will work with our kitchen and server team to provide excellent dining experience. 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

 

1.       Customer Service:

a.      Engage with community members in a friendly and professional manner.

b.      Address and resolve customer service concerns, providing exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.

c.      Foster positive relationships with staff and community members through clear communication and support.

2.      Serving and Preparing Food:

a.      In charge of making cold appetizers such as salads.

b.      Garnishing dishes prior to serving to our guests

c.      Perform meal-prep activities

d.      Monitor food platting and temperature

e.      Maintain cleanliness in work area

f.       Manage stock inventory in the pantry

g.      Sterilize kitchen equipment at the end of your shift

Qualifications:

·        Experience in the Restaurant or Food & Beverage Industry

·        Food Handler’s Certification

·        Hands-on experience with professional kitchen equipment

·        Good knowledge of food plating techniques

·        Understanding of health and safety rules in a kitchen

·        Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

·        Team spirit

·        Availability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends

·        A degree from a culinary school is a plus



·        Ability to work in a team

·        Excellent communication skills

·        High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school diploma preferred

Salary

$17 - $22 per hour
