Job Overview

Lady's Childcare & Transportation is seeking a dependable, caring, and safety-focused AM/PM Transportation Driver to join our growing team for the upcoming school year.

This position plays a vital role in ensuring children are transported safely and on time to and from school while providing families with reliable, professional service. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, values safety, and takes pride in being punctual and dependable.

Company vehicle provided during work hours.

Available Schedules

Morning Route

Monday–Friday

• Approximately 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Midday Route

Monday-Friday

• Approximately 11:00AM-1:00PM

Afternoon Route

Monday–Friday

• Approximately 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM

Late Evening Route

• Approximately 5:30PM - 8:00PM

Additional hours may be available based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from schools and approved destinations
• Follow assigned routes and schedules
• Ensure children are properly secured according to Georgia safety requirements
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle
• Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and management
• Follow all company policies and transportation safety procedures
• Assist children entering and exiting the vehicle when needed
• Maintain accurate attendance and transportation records

QualificationsRequired

• Valid Driver's License
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable working with children

Preferred

• Experience working with children
• Childcare, school, transportation, or customer service experience
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to enter and exit the vehicle multiple times per shift
