Key Responsibilities
· Configuration of CM systems gateways, sensors and tablets.
· Work with Zendesk to assist customers with hardware replacements
· Utilize Zoho Inventory for logistics and shipping functions.
· Support operational efficiency by monitoring inventory levels, identifying discrepancies, and escalating issues as needed.
· Assist with general inventory-related workflows to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
Experience
· 1+ year of experience in production, operations or inventory management.
· Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
· Experience with inventory management or ERP systems (experience with Zoho preferred).
· Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams.
· Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of supply chain or repair workflows a plus.
