Spartan Capital Group is partnering with a mission-driven healthcare organization to hire a Director of FP&A to lead and build out a fully integrated financial planning and analysis function across a growing network of hospitals and specialty clinics. This role offers the opportunity to design the structure, guide the team, and play a key role in financial strategy and decision-making as the organization continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Own all FP&A operations across a multi-location healthcare network
- Build, mentor, and guide a team of three analysts supporting financial planning and reporting
- Develop monthly reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI tracking for senior leadership
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, and executive teams to create budgets and forecasts
- Analyze profitability across service lines, regions, and departments to guide strategic decisions
- Improve reporting systems and processes in alignment with future growth goals
- Contribute to broader financial strategy, including long-term planning and scenario modeling
The Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 7+ years of FP&A or financial leadership experience, ideally in a healthcare or multi-entity setting
- Proven ability to build or scale FP&A teams and processes
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
- Experience with ERP platforms (Multiview and Sage Intacct a plus)
- Strategic thinker with operational fluency and a hands-on leadership style
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing remote and on-site teams

- $120K–$140K base salary, depending on experience
- Hybrid model after 90 days: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
