About the Opportunity
This is the launchpad for an early-career sales professional, based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with a hybrid work environment. As LaborIQ's Business Development Representative, you'll be the tip of the spear in our go-to-market effort, carrying a genuinely differentiated product story directly to HR leaders and senior executives who are hungry for what we offer.

Your job is to get us in the room. You'll work side-by-side with our Head of Sales, developing your craft, building real relationships at the executive level, and laying the groundwork for a trajectory into a full closing role. We're looking for someone who is hungry, sharp, and ready to bet on themselves.
This role is intentionally designed as a springboard. High performers who master the BDR function (building pipeline, earning executive trust, and demonstrating a closing mentality) will have a direct, supported path into a full Account Executive role. We don't just talk about growth, we build it into the plan from day one. Your bonus structure reflects your performance, and your ceiling reflects your ambition.
