Full time Licensed Mental Health Therapist- W2 employee-Part time

Group practice description: We are looking for a therapist who is wants to work with Kids, teens and some adult population. We have a position for both Matthews or Waxhaw location.
Position:
- W2 employee position
-Shift hours: 12pm-7pm Minimum of 12 hours per week, up to 15 hours if needed

-Once a month Staff Meeting for case consultations
Needs/Requirements:
We are accepting fully licensed and will also consider provisionally licensed candidates as well in NC: LCMHC (A), LCAS (A), LCSW (A), LMFT(A)

-Must have a clear background check
-Be in good standing with Licensure board
-This position requires sitting for long periods of time meeting with clients, but we do encourage for clinicians to stretch when possible.
-LCAS a plus but not required
-Spanish speaking a plus but not required
Duties/Responsibilities
Good time management skills (client callbacks, replies to emails, progress notes etc.)
Complete assessments, treatment plans and progress notes on time
Be willing to communicate with other providers as needed for coordination of care
Comply with Confidentiality laws and abide by ethical standards of your licensing board
Demonstrate professional communication with client and staff
Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Word, Google calendar and Excel Willingness to learn our current EHR system (Our EHR has great customer support, video tutorials and super user friendly)
It is important to be on time to client appointments Comply with office rules and procedures (office maintenance, opening and closing office etc.)
Willingness to keep up to date with cultural competency
