La Vida Counseling is hiring! We are looking for therapists who are looking for flexible hours with opportunity to work with diverse clients population. If you are self-motivated and independent, this will be an exciting opportunity for you! We strive to develop a positive working environment so you can focus on your clients! This is contract position (1099).

Needs/Requirements:

• Must hold, Associates or Full license in LCMHC(A), LCAS (A), LCSW (A) or LMFT(A)
• Must have a clear background check
• Be in good standing with Licensure board
• Comfortable conducting telehealth sessions with easy to use platform
• Work your own hours!
• Hours worked ranges from 10 hours-30 hours+ per week depending on your needs

Duties/Responsibilities

• Good time management skills (client callbacks, timely emails, progress notes etc.)
• Complete assessments, treatment plans and progress notes on time
• Be willing to communicate with other providers as needed for coordination of care
• Comply with Confidentiality laws and abide by ethical standards of your licensing board
• Demonstrate professional communication with client and staff
• Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Word, Google calendar and Excel
• Willingness to learn our current EHR system (Our EHR has great customer support, video tutorials and super user friendly)
• It is important to be on time to client appointments
